Art's Foundation was established to support and help address the community's need for Professional Guardian services for indigent persons who are incapacitated and cannot afford a Professional Guardian.
Its goal is to serve Florida's rapidly growing elder, indigent, and incapacitated population and reduce the burden being placed upon state-funded Public Guardians in the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida, comprised of Orange and Osceola Counties.
